Each additional accepted member is $4/mo on monthly billing or $40/yr on annual billing. Each Dilmune Cloud Hosted server is billed separately at the provider's public retail price plus a 5% platform fee for payment processing, with the total rounded to the nearest whole dollar. Charges accrue as a daily rate for every calendar day the server is active, and you see the exact monthly price before you deploy. BYO servers have no separate server charge.

What's included with every server?

Every cloud-hosted server includes full root SSH access, automatic TLS certificates, uptime monitoring, site deployments, managed database support, server snapshots at no extra charge, and 100K serverless function invocations per day. Cloud-hosted servers are available on the Builder ($5/mo) and Team ($19/mo) plans.

Can I use object storage without a server?

Yes. Object storage works independently of servers, so you can use it for files, assets, or backups without provisioning one. Storage is included with every plan: 10 GB on Free, 50 GB on Builder, and 250 GB on Team.

What is Bring Your Own Server?

You connect a server you already run, any provider, any OS, any region. We install the Dilmune agent and give you the full platform: sites, databases, functions, monitoring, and backups. Every account includes 3 BYO servers at no cost. Paid plans (Builder at $5/mo and up) remove every server cap: unlimited BYO servers and unlimited Dilmune Cloud Hosted servers.

Team is $19/mo or $204/yr and includes 5 accepted members, including the owner. Each additional accepted member is $4/mo on monthly billing or $40/yr on annual billing. It adds multi-user workspaces with RBAC role management (owner, admin, member, viewer, billing), a full audit log of every action, status pages, and priority email support. Builder is single-user; Team is for everyone else.

Can I stop or delete a server anytime?

Yes, for on-demand servers. Delete an on-demand server from your dashboard at any moment and billing stops the same day, with no cancellation fees and no notice period. Reserved servers are different, see the reserved question below.

Question 8

How do reserved servers and the 10% discount work?

Accepted Answer

Reserve a managed server for a 1-year term and pay 10% less than the on-demand price. You pay the full year upfront, twelve months of the monthly equivalent less 10%, in one charge at the start. In return the server is locked for the term: you cannot delete it before the year ends, there is no refund or credit for cancelling early, and you cannot resize it or change its region during the term. If you genuinely need to exit early you can contact support, but release is handled case by case at our discretion and is not guaranteed. When the year ends the server moves to standard on-demand monthly billing automatically, there is no auto-renewal.
